Our Company
In 2013, we started a wholesale real-estate investing company in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
Naturally, our client base began to expand as we started working with numerous real-estate investors who's primary focus was on larger, more elaborate projects.
In 2015, we redirected our energy to focus on the commercial side of contracting, primarily commercial tenant improvements and private IDIQ maintenance and repair projects. We expanded our service area to include all of Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Utah and New Mexico, to accommodate the needs of our clients. During this time, our company was approved in the System for Award Management (SAM) so we could bid on Government contracts.
In early 2020, after years of working with our company, we officially brought on board,
Janeen Mierzwa, as Owner/Partner. She is Women Small Business (WOSB) certified and has
20+ years Commercial / Construction Industry experience.

I feel so incredibly blessed to live in a country where those challenges can almost always be resolved just by the choices and decisions we make in that very moment. I thrive on meeting new people and building new relationships and look forward to meeting so many more incredible people who are both living and loving the journey as I am.

From getting my hands dirty in the field to managing business operations and now, part owner, and Women Small Business certified, my journey has been and continues to be nothing less of exciting. With over 20 years construction industry experience, I understand the value in listening and engaging with our customers, which results in strong, long-lasting relationships. And, that feeling, is what motivates me to continue building relationships both personally and throughout our community.
